Please read this Store Policy before making a purchase or bidding.
This Store Policy is mentioned twice in each one of our listings, at our store front, and in our Frequently Asked Questions.
1. We accept PayPal only.
2. Immediate payment is required.
Shipping & Handling:
3. Order Processing takes a minimum of 24 hours.
4. Business days defined by these terms are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
This does not include national holidays.
5. Your order will be shipped to the address listed on your PayPal payment. We cannot ship to an alternate address.
6. Handling Fee - The handling fee that is included in the shipping price is $1.50 for each order. This covers packing material, tape, paper, ink, and a box.
7. Multiple Items - If you order multiple items (2 different items or multiple quantities of the same item) your order will be combined into 1 box and we will refund the difference.
8. Backordered Items - If your order is backordered we will inform you and offer to cancel your order and send you a Full Refund.
9. Order(s) will be shipped using the methods stated in the listing. USPS Shipping Rates + $1.50 for packing material, tape, paper, ink, and a box.
10. Order(s) are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
11. The US Postal Service or PayPal will email you a Delivery Confirmation number after your order has been processed.
This number will also be listed on your payment at PayPal.
12. We only ship items within the United States of America including Alaska and Hawaii.
Estimated Shipping Schedule
*Orders placed and paid for before 12pm CST.
(B) Orders placed on Tuesday before 12pm CST are processed on the same business day and shipped on Wednesday.
(E) Orders placed on Thursday after 12pm CST are processed on Friday and shipped on Monday.
(F) Orders placed on Friday after 12pm CST are processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.
14. All items may be returned for a refund within 14 days. Items must be unopened, uninstalled, and include the original shrink wrap. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We do not ship the new item until we receive the old item and have verified that it meets our return policy specifications.
Clothing Items: If an item does not fit we can exchange it for a different size (if we have one) or send you a refund. This item needs to be clean and unwashed.
Video Discs and Software: If an item arrives with scratches and does not install or playback properly please let us know and we will exchange it for a new one. We do not send refunds for software that has been opened.
Detailed Seller Rating (DSR):
15. If you use the detailed seller ratings, please be aware that eBay considers a 4.8 average to be good for sellers. If you leave a 4 star, you are expressing mild dissatisfaction, even though it is labeled "satisfactory" when leaving stars for your seller.
16. Your feedback as a buyer is extremely important to us! If you feel you need to leave Detailed Seller Ratings of less than 5 for any of the 4 areas, please contact us before you do. We want to address your concerns, and improve our service to you and future customers.
17. We request that the buyer leave feedback first because we like to verify that the buyer is satisfied with their purchase.
18. We will send you feedback if you send us feedback.
19. If you have a problem with an item that you purchased please email us and wait at least 3 business days for a response before sending feedback.
